These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to, purchase of, and use of the Habla con gracia / Speak with Grace and any related products, services, digital downloads, or materials (collectively, the "Product") offered through the Speak with Grace website (the "Site") by Speak with Grace ("we," "us," or "our"), operated from Ohio, USA. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or downloading/using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

Acceptance of Terms: Your use of the Site and purchase of the Product constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Refund Policy, Legal Disclaimer, and Copyright Notice (all incorporated by reference and linked on the Site). We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Product Description and License: The Product is a faith-based educational workbook teaching Spanish through the parables of Jesus, including text, hand-drawn illustrations, Scripture reflections, journaling prompts, and devotional elements. Upon successful payment and delivery, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal and/or classroom use only (e.g., individual study, group instruction, homeschooling, personal faith growth). You may not:
- Resell, share, redistribute, copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or transmit any portion.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or markings. Digital files are for personal use only; unauthorized sharing violates these Terms and copyright laws.
Orders and Payment: All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales taxes, duties, or fees (you are responsible for them; we may collect and remit Ohio sales tax where required on taxable digital/educational products). Orders are placed and processed through the web using credit cards, debit cards, or Apple Pay. We accept these methods via our integrated payment processor (e.g., Stripe or equivalent). Your order is confirmed upon successful authorization and processing. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion (e.g., for fraud prevention or inventory issues). You authorize us (or our processor) to charge the selected payment method for the full amount, including taxes and fees.
Digital Delivery and Access: Digital Products are delivered instantly via download link or email upon payment confirmation. You must provide a valid email and maintain secure access. We are not liable for issues from incorrect info, spam filters, internet/device problems, or security.
Refunds and Cancellations: All sales are final due to the digital and personalized nature. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations (see our separate Refund Policy for physical copy defects, if applicable).
Intellectual Property: All Site and Product content (text, lessons, illustrations, design, branding) is owned by Speak with Grace and protected by U.S./international copyright, trademark, and IP laws (see Copyright Notice). Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Product is for educational, informational, and devotional purposes only—not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, nor a substitute for pastoral counseling. Results vary; no guarantees. The Site/Product is "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (to the fullest extent permitted by law). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speak with Grace from claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) from your breach of these Terms or Product misuse.
Termination We may suspend/terminate access, revoke your license, or cancel orders (without refund) for violations or at our discretion.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Governed by Ohio law (no conflict principles). Disputes resolved exclusively in Greene County, Ohio courts (near Fairborn). You consent to jurisdiction and waive venue objections.
Miscellaneous Invalid provisions don't affect others. These Terms are the full agreement.
